On behalf of the Rebel Alliance staff, I want to thank you for your intrest and welcome you to the Rebel Alliance. All signs indicate that the 2000 season will be a great time to start our program. We are very excited and pleased to be able to start our corps.
At the first rehersal, Jan. 7-9, you will be introduced to the Rebel Alliance program. This program is derived from several existing technique systems and some trademark methods. Although you probably won't have to make any major change in the way you do things, we hope to introduce a few new concepts and methods that you'll find enjoyable and worthwhile.
Throughout the weekend we will work with each of you individually. Although you will be rehersing on Rebel equipment, you are urged to audition on your own. We will consider many factors in your evaluation: ability on your equipment, ability to attend all rehersals, Your desire and ability to improve, ect.
Jan. 7,8,9- Registration begins at 7:00PM. Camp ends by noon Sunday.
Feb. 11,12,13- Brass and percussion begins Friday at 7:00PM. Drill Saturday. Camp ends by noon Sunday.
